நீராடல், ஊண், உறக்கம், உடலுறவு மற்றும் இயற்கை உபாதை கழிக்கும் போது ருத்ராட்ச மாலைகள் கழுத்தில் இருக்க கூடாது. மேற்சொன்ன விஷயங்களுக்கு பிறகு, உடலையும் உள்ளத்தையும் தூய்மையாக்கிக் கொண்டு ருத்ராட்ச மாலையை அணியலாம். பொதுவாக தெய்வ வழிபாட்டின் போது அணிந்து கொண்டு, வழிபாடு முடிந்ததும் கழற்றி பூஜையறையில் பாதுகாப்பது சிறந்த நடைமுறை.

ருத்ராட்ச சிவலிங்கம்

கேரள மாநிலம் எர்ணாகுளம் அருகில் அமைந்துள்ள திருத்தலம் சோட்டாணிக்கரை. இங்குள்ள கோயிலில் அருள்பாலிக்கும் ராஜராஜேஸ்வரி அம்மனை சோட்டாணிக்கரை பகவதி என்று அழைக்கிறார்கள். இந்த அம்மன் முழுவதும் ருத்ராட்சத்தால் ஆனது என்பது தனி சிறப்பு. இவள் காலை, மதியம், மாலை மூன்று வேளையும் துர்க்கா, லட்சுமி, சரஸ்வதியாக அருள்பாலிக்கிறாள். தீய சக்திகளால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள், மனநிலை சரியில்லாதவர்கள் இங்கு வழிபாடு செய்து குணமடைகிறார்கள்.

வேத தர்மத்தில் மநுஷ்ய வாழ்வின் ஸகல அம்சங்களையும் ஆத்மாபிவிருத்திக்கு அநுகூலமாக ஆக்கி விதிகள் போட்டிருக்கிறது. நாம் நடைமுறையில் செய்ய வேண்டியதை எல்லாம் சொல்வது தர்ம சாஸ்திரம். பதினெட்டு மஹரிஷிகள் தங்களுடைய அதிமாநுஷ்ய சக்தியால் வேதங்களை முழுக்கத் தெரிந்து கொண்டு அதிலிருந்து தொகுத்து தர்ம சாஸ்திரங்களைத் தந்திருக்கிறார்கள்.

தர்ம சாஸ்திரம்: சூரியோதயத்திற்கு முன் அதிகாலை எழுந்து காலைக் கடன்களை முடித்து குளித்து தூய உடையணிந்து கடவுளைப் பிரார்த்திக்க வேண்டும். தினசரி கோயிலுக்குப் போக முடியாதவர்கள் வாரம் ஒரு முறை அல்லது மாதம் ஒரு முறை போக வேண்டும். பிரார்த்தனைக்குச் சிறந்த இடம் கோயில் தான். கோயிலில் நிதானமாக நடந்து ஒவ்வொரு விக்கிரகத்தையும் வணங்க வேண்டும். வீண் பேச்சு பரபரப்பு கூடாது. பிரார்த்தனையின் மூலம் தைரியம், மனத்தூய்மை, புலனடக்கம், தெய்வீக உணர்வு, நேர்மை உண்டாகிறது. தெய்வத்தின் உதவியின்றி எதுவும் எப்போதும் நடக்காது. உலகில் உள்ள எல்லா உயிர்களுக்கும் தந்தை கடவுள். அவரே எல்லா உயிர்களையும் பரிபாலிக்கிறார். கடவுள் பொறுப்பில் எல்லாவற்றையும் ஒப்படைத்து விட்டு நம் கடமையை ஒழுங்காகச் செய்ய வேண்டும். ஒரு மனிதன் எவ்வளவுக்கெவ்வளவு நல்ல காரியத்தில் மனதை செலுத்துகிறானோ, அவ்வளவுக்கவ்வளவு செல்வம் கிடைக்கும்.
